Good food = Good skin (part 2)

Hi guys,
So if I writing what we shouldn't eat lets start talk about what is really good for us skin.
Here is list of products which are good for us. Not only make us skin better but we have more beautifull hair, stronger nails, long lashes and us organism is in better condition (we are slim, dont sick very fast, dont have many blue days). So let's start:

Vegetables and fruits: radish, cabbage, brussels watercress, broccoli, cauliflower, beans, peas, sesame seeds, mushrooms, bananas. 
 But in my opinion all fruits and vegetables are good coz they have many natural vitamins and minerals (- this which make us allergy)

Tea: black, red, white, green, all. 
Good are herbs like chamomile, pansy, melissa

Fish, beans, sprouts and mushrooms too.

Remember the rule, eat everything what is out of the ground ;)

Drinking 2l of mineral water + 1l from soup, tea etc
